Congratulations to all those players who have made the step up to representative teams for next season, you all will be sorely missed and the FRFC family wishes you all the best and one day see you back in the green and white of FRFC.

I would like to thank the coaches who have assisted in these players being able to make the next step up.

It shows that the coaches at FRFC are able to help all players at all levels in starting to reach there goals. I am sure there is more to come in 2014 from our coach development program to assist all of our volunteer coaches in developing future stars at FRFC.
