Just a reminder that Aytek Genk (St George affiliated coach) will be running a coaching session this Friday night (6 June) starting 5.30pm at Gannons.

We will learn how Aytek runs his session, how he interacts with the players etc and we will have real live players to experiment on. This is a must for all FRFC coaches so please take the time to come down for the one hour session.
