Weekly Review – 19th & 20th July

Another good week of football @ Rangers. We are not long out from starting finals so get excited!!!

Saturday saw wins by a lot of teams which was fantastic to see. There were a few mentionable games where our Rangers teams particularly excelled.

12Bs had a good win of 3-0 against Hurstville Glory. This was even more sweet considering a very early start of an 8:40am kick-off. Great work!!!

14C2 and 16B teams both completed strong wins against Connells Point. The score finished 4-0 in both games! With four different goal scorers for our 14C2’s! Another display of the amount of skill that our teams have.

Our AAA/1 men were victorious over Hurstville ZFC with the score being 3-0 we kept a clean sheet too! Great game guys. Hope you do the same next week!

Sunday also brought some great performances by our Rangers teams.

AAWA2 played at Oatley Park and won 2-0 over ASOW. This team is having a great season. We look forward to seeing lots more success from you all as you make your way to the finals.

Another impressive game played by AAWB1 – a win of 6-0 against their competition rivals Connells Point – couldn’t have been a sweeter victory. There were five goals scorers and plenty of great play by everyone else. A very good display of skill by this team.

Last, but no means least, our O35B men excelled on Sunday, giving Banksia Tigers a football lesson, winning 6-1. There were five different goal scorers, which shows just how much skill this team has!

Great weekend everyone. Look forward to lots more fabulous moments this coming weekend!
