Coaches &/or Managers can now download the latest Match sheets below or from our website. Please make sure you complete a match sheet after every game and drop it off at the Gannons Park Canteen by 5pm on the day the match is played.

The following match sheets allow you to type in the main details of your team and can be saved on your computer so that you don’t have to do it at every match game:

If you lose this post, you can find the match sheets on our Files & Forms page of our website.  On this page you will also be able to download detailed instructions on how to complete a match sheet. Do not submit the instruction sheet to the SGFA – please use the original blank sheets.  Keep in mind that if they are not completed correctly, our club will receive a fine from the SGFA.
